- Customised or made-to-order neon signs may require additional processing time. Please check the product description for details.

Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website
Address Accuracy
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
- Papa's Neon is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages
- In the event that a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
- If a package is undelivered due to our error, we will cover the additional shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Papa's Neon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Please ensure that the delivery location is secure, and consider opting for a shipping address where someone is available to receive the package.
